ABA therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disorders, delivered by an agency whose Board Certified Behavior Analysts design an individualized program in language, communication, play and socialization, daily living, academic and behavior regulation skills. ABC uses ABA and Discrete Trial Teaching in home, school and community settings, with a philosophy built on positive reinforcement and a proactive approach to challenging behaviors such as tantrums and eloping. Other services include workshop services, parent training, consultation and training, assessments and social skills training. The agency is a Harbor Regional Center vendor and also accepts insurance. Offices are in Torrance, Lakewood and Norco; client inquiries are made through an online form, which is available in English and Spanish. Office hours at the Torrance office are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

About Autism Behavior Consultants
Autism Behavior Consultants (ABC) was founded in 2001 by Laura (Roberts) Haneline, a parent whose son was diagnosed with autism at age 3 in 1998. She and several other parents developed a workshop model program that became the agency. ABC provides behavior intervention to families in Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, Inland and Orange counties. Its corporate office is in Torrance; other offices are at 4010 Watson Plaza, Suite 105, Lakewood, CA 90712 and 1880 Town & Country, Suite B101, Norco, CA 92860.
