Child and adolescent psychiatry led by Dr. Sabrina Ali Leger, who sees children from early childhood through young adulthood with a developmental lens drawn from her background in young child therapies and parenting support. Care starts with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation: a 90-minute session with caregiver and child, then a 25-minute follow-up to review impressions and a treatment plan. Ongoing 25- or 45-minute visits cover medication management and/or therapy, and standalone parent support sessions are offered. She coordinates with pediatricians, therapists and schools. Evaluation is $750 and follow-ups are $325; the practice is out-of-network, with payment at the time of service and a superbill for reimbursement. Appointments are after school and on Saturday mornings, 8 AM to noon; all visits are available by video.
