Empowerment Summer Camp for Girls
Nine weekly themes run from acceptance to vision and purpose. The camp meets at Dockweiler Youth Center on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and at Burton Chase Park on Wednesday and Friday. Girls can join for any week or all summer.

About SHIELD Women's Self Defense System
Self-defense school for women and girls in Los Angeles, with more than 20 years of teaching. It runs a summer camp for girls ages 8 to 18 at two waterfront sites in Playa del Rey and Marina del Rey.
