Up to age 21

Client-centered therapy for individuals and families in Valley Village, covering anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and ADHD, including medication management with an in-house board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Comprehensive psychological testing assesses cognitive abilities, personality and emotional functioning and leads to diagnostics and treatment planning. Parent coaching offers guidance on communication and on managing challenging behaviors. The practice says its scope is routine care for mild and moderate diagnoses and that it is not a crisis center. Insurance accepted includes Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross (commercial and Medi-Cal), Blue Shield of California, Blue Shield Promise Medi-Cal, Carelon, Cigna/Evernorth, HealthNet (commercial and Medi-Cal), Optum and UMR/UHC; not every clinician is contracted with every plan, and Medicare is not accepted. Intakes for therapy, testing and medication are booked online, and a referral form is available.
