The practice also offers mindfulness parenting support, which helps parents understand their child and look at their own struggles that can cloud their view of the child's needs. Licensed marriage and family therapists, a licensed clinical psychologist and associate therapists under clinical supervision see clients in person at the Landale St. office or by telehealth through Simple Practice. Many therapists offer a no-obligation first session, so families pay only if they continue, and a free 10-minute phone chat is available. Appointments can be booked through an online scheduler or by phone. The practice serves adults as well as families.
