Psychotherapy for children, adolescents, young adults and their families, delivered by telehealth throughout California. In-home sessions in the Los Angeles area are possible when clinically indicated and agreed to. The approach is active and collaborative and draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, parent management training and mindfulness-based therapies. Areas include anxiety, OCD and tics, depression, grief, stress, perfectionism and adjustment. Pediatric health psychology covers food allergy, immune deficiency, oncology, needle phobia and medical traumatic stress. She also supports parents of children with developmental delays or disabilities, behavior management and feeding problems. Sessions last about 45 minutes. She is out-of-network and provides a monthly superbill. A free brief phone consultation comes first.
