Autism and ADHD therapy for children
Individual therapy for children, adolescents and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety and behavior challenges, centered on emotional regulation, fewer meltdowns and practical coping skills. Care starts with a free 15-minute consultation, then an intake assessment (often a parent-only conversation for children and teens) and an individualized treatment plan. Sessions are structured and goal-oriented and use CBT, DBT, behavior therapy and parent coaching, with weekly sessions to start. Visits are in person in Santa Monica, by telehealth, or at home case by case. The practice is out-of-network and provides superbills for insurance reimbursement; fees are discussed at the consultation.
