Kids, Tigers and Teens Martial Arts
Martial arts classes grouped by age: Tigers (3½–7) work on listening, coordination, body control and confidence through kicks, blocks, stances, drills and games; Kids (8–12) build martial arts skills, focus, discipline and resilience; Teens (13–17) add fitness, independence and goals within a team. Students earn stripes and belts as they progress, and competition is an option for those who want it. No experience is needed. The Rocklin studio is open weekday afternoons and evenings and Saturday mornings; Lincoln is open Monday to Thursday afternoons. New families can start with a 2-week introductory program; trial pricing and class times are given by location on request.

About Evolution Martial Arts
Evolution Martial Arts is a family-owned and operated martial arts school that has taught kids, teens and adults since 1989. It was founded by Fernando Jaime. It has three locations: Rocklin, Lincoln and San Francisco. Classes are split by age into Tigers (3½–7), Kids (8–12), Teens (13–17) and Adults (18+). New students can start with a 2-week introductory program.
