Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism and developmental needs. Services begin with a functional behavior assessment that identifies a child's strengths, challenges and behaviors and is used to write an individualized therapy plan. Therapy is delivered in structured sessions that break goals into achievable steps, aimed at communication, social interaction, independence and daily living skills, and plans adjust to the child's pace. Parent training and ongoing support give caregivers practical strategies for managing behaviors and encouraging independence at home. Guided social skills groups use structured play and activities to practice sharing, cooperation and communication. School services partner with teachers on behavior support and classroom strategies.
