Therapeutic adaptive riding lessons
A nonprofit therapeutic adaptive riding program on a Los Angeles ranch, run as a structured program and not a drop-in lesson facility. Every rider completes an initial assessment ($250, repeated annually) so staff can approve the rider and match them with an appropriate therapy horse, and trained staff and volunteers support each session. Ongoing riders enroll monthly at $750, which secures their place whether or not they attend every session. Families paid through a financial management service (FMS) or regional center funding are billed monthly, and the assessment fee is billable to FMS when applicable. Single prepaid sessions are available for occasional or one-time visits, based on availability and suitability. Families can tour the ranch, watch a lesson or schedule an evaluation. A waitlist exists, and same-day substitutions are not made.
