Summer Day Camps
Run by Parks, Recreation and Marine across the summer break. Field trips and other activities cost extra. Financial assistance is available first come, first served. The city also runs aquatics camps (Belmont Junior Beach Camp, ages 5-7, and Bayshore Beach Camp, ages 8-12).

The City of Long Beach's parks and recreation department. Its free after-school program runs at 17 neighborhood parks on school days, alongside fee-based youth classes and sports.
