Child and teen therapy and psychological assessments
Therapy and testing for children, teens and young adults, with parent coaching included when helpful. Treatment includes exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, behavioral strategies for parents, and family systems therapy. Comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments cover autism, ADHD and learning disorders; an evaluation typically takes 6-8 sessions plus a feedback session. Therapy often starts weekly and is adjusted over time. Sessions are 50 minutes: $300 with Dr. Soffer and $200 with associate clinicians. The practice is out of network and provides superbills for reimbursement. Offices in Pico-Robertson and Encino; telehealth is available across California.
