Year-round bridge from swim lessons to the team for water-safe 5- to 9-year-olds: 30-minute in-water sessions on weekdays at 4pm, up to four a week.

Intro to Pre-Competitive
Coaches teach from inside the water in the instructional pool. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water and move through it on their own, but proper strokes are not required. An in-person evaluation comes before registering. Three sessions a week are recommended and two are needed to keep a spot. Gear: team cap, goggles, kickboard and fins.
