Children's speech and language therapy

Up to age 21 · $150/session

Speech-language pathology for children and adults in Culver City, with a children's service that covers speech and language delays, stuttering and fluency, swallowing difficulties, voice disorders and cognitive-communication disorders. An early intervention program helps young children build speech and language skills, and the clinicians work with families and give them tools to carry over at home. Ric Ruiz, M.S., CCC-SLP works with the pediatric population and Jill Davidson, M.A., CCC-SLP focuses on early intervention. Sessions are at the clinic, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm; in-home sessions are available on request with a travel surcharge. Initial evaluation is $300 and up; therapy is $100 for 30 minutes or $150 for 45. Accepted: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, the Self-Determination Program and Westside Regional Center. Superbills are provided for other plans. Taking new clients.
