Adaptive swim lessons and swim therapy
Swim lessons and swim therapy for all abilities, with an adaptive "Sensory Swim" track for children with special needs and regular private and semi-private lessons for other learners. Instructors are trained in sensory processing, movement integration and behavioral techniques. Lessons combine sensory input, skill development and individualized instruction, from basic water safety to stroke development, at each child's own pace. Pool sites are at 11172 Lucerne Ave (Culver City), 8090 Crenshaw Blvd (Inglewood), 2225 16th St (Santa Monica) and 18114 Strathern St (Reseda). Regional center clients can pay through vendorization (Westside vendor PW8756, also vendored with Eastern LA and Harbor). A free trial can be claimed, and scholarship applications are available.
