Therapy for Children & Teens

Therapy for children, teens and young adults, with coaching for parents. Families bring anxiety and panic, OCD, ADHD and executive function, anger and outbursts, teen mood, school stress, autism-related needs, and tics. Treatment uses CBT, exposure and response prevention, DBT skills and ACT, and parent management training. It starts with a 90-minute intake, then weekly 45-minute sessions with goals and practice steps, tapering as skills take hold. Sessions are in person in Calabasas or by telehealth in California, with after-school, evening and Saturday times. Sessions cost $205 to $350 depending on the clinician. The practice is out of network and provides a superbill; no diagnosis or testing is needed first.

Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing

Up to age 17

Evaluations for children, teens and young adults who struggle with attention, learning, organization, emotions or autism-related questions. The assessment team includes a pediatric neuropsychologist and a licensed educational psychologist, and reports come with practical recommendations for home and school. Every evaluation includes an interview, testing, a written report and a feedback session; fees depend on the scope. A 90-minute testing consultation is available without committing to an evaluation. Testing is in the Calabasas office, and the practice is out of network.
