Therapy for Children & Teens
Weekly 45-minute therapy for children, teens and young adults, starting with a 90-minute intake and clear, measurable goals. Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, DBT skills, ACT and parent management training for anxiety, OCD, ADHD and executive function, behavior and anger, teen mood, school stress, autism-related needs, and tics. Parents are coached alongside their child. Sessions are in person in Calabasas or by telehealth anywhere in California, with after-school, evening and Saturday times with some clinicians. Sessions cost $205 to $350 depending on the clinician. The practice does not bill insurance directly but checks out-of-network benefits and can submit claims for families.
