Child and adolescent medication management clinic
A weekly training clinic in UCLA Health's child and adolescent psychiatry service that focuses on medication management for children and teens. It sees ADHD, with medication management following a psychologist's evaluation, as well as autism-related and other childhood disorders. Patients are seen up to age 18, and the clinic meets on Wednesdays. It is a place to bring a child who already has a diagnosis or evaluation and needs a psychiatric medication plan, not a therapy or behavioral program. The clinic is at 300 UCLA Medical Plaza in Westwood. UCLA Health states that it accepts most major health insurance plans, including HMO, PPO and Medi-Cal, and recommends confirming coverage before a visit. Interpreter services are offered in nearly every language, and the clinic's phone is (310) 825-9989.
