Therapy for school-aged children and teens, plus psychological assessment that can clarify diagnoses such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, trauma, mood and anxiety. Clinicians integrate cognitive, somatic and attachment-based approaches; some are trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. First sessions with kids are often games and play to build safety with the therapist. Sessions are typically weekly. The practice names strengths in anxiety, trauma and neurodivergent clients.
