Certified by the California Department of Education as a nonpublic agency for 2026-27, this agency provides related services to students with disabilities, from preschool age through grade 12 and up to age 22. Its certified services are behavior intervention design and planning, behavior intervention implementation, language, speech and hearing development and remediation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychological services, and health and nursing services. As a nonpublic agency, it is paid by school districts when a student's IEP calls for these services, so families work through their district's IEP team rather than paying privately. The state list gives a certified capacity of 76 students and an office in Torrance, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County.
