Psychotherapy for children and teens delivered mainly as online teletherapy over HIPAA-compliant video, with text reminders and card payment. The site lists anxiety, depression, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, social skills and coping skills for children and teens, and behavioral disorders and ADHD among the concerns its clinicians treat. Therapists draw on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed and family systems approaches. Parent-child conflict and family therapy are also offered. Clinicians include licensed MFTs and clinical social workers, some of whom treat children, and Spanish and Farsi are spoken by some staff. Insurance accepted includes Medi-Cal plans (Health Net, Anthem, Molina, LA Care), Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, Optum and out-of-network PPO. Posted rates are $180-200 for a 50-minute child or teen session, with a few sliding scale appointments reserved. Practice also treats adults.
