Pediatric physical therapy provided by Jaime Clevenger, PT, MPT, a licensed pediatric physical therapist in Pasadena. Care begins with a phone or email consultation and scheduling, then an online client portal with intake forms to complete before the first session; forms are reviewed together at the start of that session. Treatment sessions run 50 minutes. The practice is a contracted physical therapy vendor for Lanterman Regional Center, so eligible families can have services funded through the regional center. It does not bill insurance; families with a PPO can request a superbill to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Private-pay fees are $200 per session, $600 for the initial assessment and report, and $200 for annual re-assessment reports. Payment by Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are asked to be avoided.
