Instructors stay in the water with the kids. The ratio is one instructor to six campers. Every camper gets a free rashguard.

About PV Surf Camp
Beach youth camp in business for 25 years, run by a local school teacher. It meets at Rat Beach on the south end of Torrance Beach, in front of a lifeguard tower.
