Executive Function Coaching
Students are paired with a dedicated coach who meets them by live video on their phone, with plans of 1 to 5 live sessions per week of about 15 minutes, plus daily accountability by chat and an in-app toolkit for habits, task planning, focus timers and flashcards. The focus is executive function skills such as starting tasks, planning, organizing and time management, not subject instruction. Families meet recommended coaches in free intro calls before choosing, and parents get a weekly progress report. Plans start at $148 per month for one weekly live check-in, with extra weekly check-ins at $85 per month. Annual payment saves 20%, a second child saves 10%, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. HSA/FSA payment may be possible.

About Coachbit
Coachbit is an online executive function and study skills coaching service for students aged 11 to 21. Each student is matched with a dedicated coach, chosen by the family after free intro calls, who checks in by live video and chat on weekdays while an app supports habits, planning and follow-through between sessions. Coaches do not teach school subjects. Coachbit says it has coached over 10,000 families since 2019.
