ABA therapy
CARD Sacramento is a center of the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, providing ABA therapy built on a treatment curriculum developed by its founder. Children learn in a center setting where they can interact with staff and other clients, with sessions kept playful. CARD also offers home-based services, a Learning Readiness Program that builds pre-school skills such as communication, attention, social interaction and following directions, a Social Skills Group, and a program for teens and adults ages 13 and up. The center is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, with weekend hours that vary. CARD works with most major insurance plans and helps families work out coverage. It does not diagnose; families are referred elsewhere for evaluation.

It was founded by Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh, Ph.D., BCBA-D, and runs centers in many states. The Sacramento center is open on weekdays. CARD does not provide diagnostic evaluations but gives referrals.
