ABA therapy, feeding therapy and caregiver training
Applied behavior analysis practice that begins with a comprehensive behavioral assessment (interviews and observations) to set an individualized treatment plan. ABA therapy targets socialization, language, play, coping and self-help skills and behaviors that get in the way of learning, using a naturalistic approach. Behavioral feeding therapy supports food selectivity, ARFID, pediatric feeding disorders, failure to thrive, and G-tube or NG-tube feeders. Caregiver training builds parents' skills, and SPACE therapy is a caregiver-based treatment for childhood anxiety and OCD. School-based behavioral support addresses peer relationships, independence and functional communication during the school day. Clinicians have worked with autism and other developmental disabilities in homes, schools, clinics and community settings.
