Virtual 1:1 social skills coaching
Virtual one-on-one social skills coaching for children (6+), teens and adults, plus parent coaching to support social growth at home. Small school-based social groups for preschool-aged children that build play skills, social language, resilience, leadership, cooperation and collaboration, using the play-based Blue Bird Kids curriculum developed by Christie Savitt, BCBA. Groups are run by social skills group facilitators at partner schools. The practice also performs in-home and school-based consultations, including behavioral assessments, behavior support plans, classroom management, and training for school staff, parents and caregivers. Blue Bird Social Skills is a Los Angeles social development practice founded and directed by Christie Savitt, BCBA, an educator with an M.S. in Special Education, two teaching credentials and UCLA PEERS certification.
