ABA therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis built around play and each child's own interests, delivered in the home, in the community, at school or virtually in Los Angeles County. Getting started means contacting the practice, scheduling an intake for a child who already has an autism diagnosis, and completing a functional behavior assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who meets the parents, observes the child and identifies goals. Therapy begins once the funding source has reviewed the report, and the schedule is set with the family. The team works with the child's school and other providers, and offers parent consultation on teaching independence and support with advocacy. The approach is described as person-centered and trauma informed. Funding options are discussed on contact.

Social skills group
Ages 5–11
A weekly social skills group for elementary school-aged children ages 5 to 11, held in a small group with peers. Sessions teach self-awareness, play skills, emotional regulation and related skills. The group runs once per week and is offered by the same Manhattan Beach practice that provides ABA therapy, with a collaborative, play- and interest-based approach.
