Psychological testing and evaluation

Psychological testing in Long Beach, also available remotely by video anywhere in California, for children 8 and up, adolescents and adults. Common reasons for testing are ADHD, autism, learning disabilities and other school performance problems, trauma and mental health concerns. The psychologists combine school psychology testing with neuropsychology and mental health evaluation, aiming to separate look-alike conditions such as autism, sensory processing disorders and anxiety from ADHD. The practice states it is not currently accepting new patients for comprehensive assessment of learning disabilities, autism or ADHD because of staffing; its therapy evaluation covers these areas for treatment planning only, not for school or workplace accommodation requests. The initial evaluation is $250 and weekly therapy is $200 per session. It is in-network with Aetna, Tricare and Medicare (not Medi-Cal), and sends claims for other plans as a courtesy.
