ADHD, Autism and Learning Evaluations
Licensed Educational Psychologists carry out psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other learning disabilities, comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, and independent educational evaluations (IEEs) for families who disagree with a school district's evaluation. It starts with a free 30-minute call or Zoom consultation, then one to four testing sessions of one to three hours at the Folsom office, followed by a feedback meeting that walks through a plain-language report. The whole process takes about a month. Appointments can be during the school day, after school, on breaks, or occasionally weekends. Most packages include follow-up consultation time. It is a private-pay practice with flat-fee pricing and does not bill insurance, though a superbill is available on request. Bilingual evaluation options exist.
