KidStrong Folsom

KidStrong Camp

Sports camp · Ages 5–10 · Full day

Summer and school-break camps at the Folsom center for kids ages 5 to 10, with no KidStrong membership required. Days are built around obstacle courses, head-to-head games and relay races, a snack break, and team activities, led by KidStrong-certified coaches. Each day starts with a warm-up and the KidStrong affirmation and handshake greeting, and camp ends with a finale celebration. Some STEAM-inspired activities may be worked into the physical challenges. Dates and availability are given by phone.
