Preschool ABA Readiness Program
A center-based preschool day run by behavior analysts for young children who need more support before starting school, including children recently diagnosed with autism or a developmental delay. The day includes arrival and check-in, circle time, a gym and movement block, snack and self-help, learning centers with 1:1 and small-group teaching, and guided peer play. Each child starts with a skills assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and goals are written with the family. Progress data is collected every session, parents get a daily update at pickup, and the team shares progress with the child's future school or IEP team. Supervision is by a doctorate-level BCBA. The center is open Monday to Friday, and most major insurance plans and Medi-Cal are accepted.

About Momentum Academy
Momentum Academy is a Los Angeles center founded in 2025 by Eric Amundson, who has worked with people with special needs since 2001. It combines adaptive gymnastics, ABA therapy and social skills programs, and also offers cooking and yoga courses, PEERS for Preschoolers and venue rental. Clinical work is overseen by Dr. Stephen Johnson, a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
