Mad Science of Sacramento Valley

Mad Science Camps

Science camp · Ages 6–12 · Half day

Half-day camps (morning or afternoon) for kids ages 6-12, which can be combined for a full-day experience. Each day has new topics and activities, combining science discovery, outdoor games and physical activity. Instructors are mostly college students studying education or science, retired or current teachers, all background-checked, with at least one instructor for every 12-15 students. Lunch is not provided: kids bring a peanut-free snack, a sack lunch if staying all day, and a water bottle. Camps run at several locations across the Sacramento Valley, and each camp is a different program, so kids can sign up for more than one.
