Occupational Therapy Evaluations and In-Home Treatment

Up to age 17 · $200–$300/session

Occupational therapy for children and families in Los Angeles, delivered in the home or virtually. Evaluations are private or educational (I.E.E.) and look at developmental milestones, activities of daily living, functional life skills, transition skills, fine and visual motor skills, visual efficiency and sensory processing and integration, leading to an individualized treatment plan. Home-based sessions run 60 to 90 minutes on the same areas. Families can also get help with environmental design, such as mindfulness spaces, functional living spaces, visuals and routines, and with reading and understanding a child's IEP, OT goals and parental rights. Evaluations cost $300, 60-minute sessions $200 and 90-minute sessions $250, with a superbill provided for insurance reimbursement.
