Executive Function/ADHD Coaching

Ages 11+ · $500/month

Executive function and ADHD coaching for college, high school and sometimes middle school students who struggle to manage assignments and responsibilities. It starts with an initial deep dive: a parent consultation and a look at the student's online school portals, followed by a proposed plan. The monthly package includes two to three meetings a week (about 60 minutes in total), to-do list updates every other day, text check-ins and reminders, and up to four hours a month of work on specific assignments or body doubling. Sessions are online, with a mix of in-person and online possible for students in the LA area. The deep dive costs $250 and the monthly package $500; fall specials listed a waived deep dive and $450 per month through September 30, 2026. A free consultation is offered.
