Early childhood play classes (community integration training)

Up to age 5

Parent-and-child play and music classes for children from birth to age 5, grouped by age: infant (0-8 months), baby (6-18 months), toddler (10-28 months) and preschooler (22 months-5 years). Classes use a child-led approach that builds on each child's own abilities, with activities for physical, cognitive and social skills, sensory exploration, communication and early preschool readiness, on proprietary play equipment. The West Los Angeles center on Pico Blvd is on the Lanterman Regional Center vendor list for community integration training under early intervention for children with disabilities or delays, so regional center clients may be funded through their service coordinator. The center is open seven days a week, with the longest hours on Friday (9am-7:30pm) and weekends.
