Child and adolescent anxiety therapy
A multidisciplinary clinic treating anxiety disorders and related conditions in preschoolers (3-5), school-age children (6-12) and teens (13-17), as well as adults and families. Services include individual child therapy, parent training and support, social skills and other therapy groups, an intensive outpatient program, neuropsychological testing, executive function coaching, EMDR, neurofeedback, psychiatry and mind-body services. Treatment draws on CBT and exposure and response prevention, and families are matched with a clinician by the child's age, personality and needs. Parents are usually involved. A free 15-minute consultation can be booked for group therapy.

About CARE-LA (Child Anxiety Reduction Experts)
CARE-LA is a multidisciplinary child psychology and mental health clinic in West Los Angeles, across from the Westfield Century City Mall. It was founded by Dr. Lauren Stutman and focuses on anxiety disorders and anxiety-related conditions in children, adolescents, adults and families. More than 25 mental health professionals work there, including an in-house child and adolescent psychiatrist. Sessions take place in bungalows around a courtyard, set up to feel like a living room rather than a clinical office.
