Child and family therapy (ages 0-8)
Early childhood mental health practice for children ages 0-8 and their families, led by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Holly Paymon. Services include dyadic parent-child therapy (ages 0-8, with parent and child attending together for children under 5), individual play-based therapy for ages 5-8, and parent support. Dr. Paymon is a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy provider offering live coaching, and is also trained in DIR/Floortime, CBT and Child Parent Psychotherapy. Focus areas include behavior and emotion regulation, trauma and stress, developmental delays and neurodevelopmental disorders, school readiness with IEP and 504 plan support, NICU follow-up and maternal mental health. Care begins with a free 20-minute consultation, then an intake session. Sessions are $250 for 60 minutes ($350 for the 75-minute intake). In network with Aetna and Optum; invoices provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
