## BCBA behavior consultation

Behavior consultation grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis and led by Neha Bonilla, BCBA, who has over 15 years of experience with neurodivergent individuals and their families. Each consultation starts by understanding the person's strengths, needs and goals, then builds practical, individualized strategies for everyday life, tracks progress and adjusts as needed. The approach is relationship-based rather than rigid, and works with children, adults and caregivers. Case management coordinates families, therapists and educators so services stay consistent across home, school and community. Sessions can happen in the home, in the community or virtually, serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The practice also trains RBTs and staff and supervises BCBA fieldwork.
