## Sports-based ABA (1:1 and group)

Sports and Applied Behavior Analysis are combined here: ABA strategies are built into basketball, soccer and strength training to teach turn-taking, communication, teamwork and emotional regulation, with peer encouragement, clear expectations and immediate positive reinforcement. Two formats are offered. In 1:1 practice, trained professionals write a personalized behavior intervention plan and work on discipline, teamwork and self-regulation through athletic activities. In group play, small groups work on collaboration, social interaction and positive peer behavior while staying active.
