## Speech and language therapy

Ages 1+

Speech-language evaluations and weekly therapy for people from 18 months to 30+ years, with a focus on feeding therapy, myofunctional therapy and social skills groups. The clinicians work with autism, apraxia, articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, auditory processing, pragmatic language and early intervention for developmental delays. Training listed includes PROMPT, TalkTools, Beckman Oral Motor, Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) and orofacial myofunctional therapy; Lauren Grossman uses family coaching and DIR/Floortime principles and works with gestalt language processors. Sessions are at the Ventura Blvd office, at a child's school when permitted, or by telehealth, as standing weekly 30-minute or 50-minute appointments. New clients need an evaluation unless one was done in the last 4-6 months. It is a private-pay clinic that does not bill insurance but provides superbills for reimbursement.
