## Child and teen therapy, PHP/IOP and psychiatry

Up to age 21

Mental health treatment for children and teens at three levels of care: a partial hospitalization day program (PHP) with education support and lunch, an after-school intensive outpatient program (IOP) from 4pm to 7pm, and outpatient therapy once or twice a week. Therapists use family systems and action-oriented therapy, with talk therapy and play therapy for younger children. Parents and siblings are expected to take part when appropriate. IOP includes multiple private sessions (individual and family), psychiatry and group support. The team treats mood, anxiety, trauma, behavior, OCD, attachment and disordered eating concerns, as well as isolation, anger outbursts and excessive screen use. Psychiatry covers diagnosis, second opinions and medication management, in person or by video. The center works with the child's school so schoolwork is completed during PHP. Insurance is accepted. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.
