## Special education legal advocacy

Free legal representation, advice, advocacy and training for families whose children have been denied equal access to a public education because of disability or discrimination. The Education Rights Clinic helps families with education access problems, including special education issues such as identification, evaluation and services. Attorneys and paralegals take on cases, and the organization reports securing therapy, resource support and tutoring for students with disabilities. Serves families in Los Angeles and surrounding counties, especially underserved families. Listed as a special education advocacy vendor with Lanterman Regional Center. Services are free to families.
