## Pediatric speech and occupational therapy

Up to age 18

Play-based pediatric speech therapy and occupational therapy for children from birth to 18, with parent coaching built into every child's plan. Speech services cover language delays, articulation, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, myofunctional therapy and social communication; OT covers handwriting and fine motor skills, sensory integration, feeding and developmental delays. Social skills groups are also listed. Sessions happen in the family's home, at school or daycare, by telehealth anywhere in California, or at a private clinic on request; the Westlake Village clinic opens December 1, 2026. Families start with a free 15-minute call, no referral needed, then an evaluation scheduled within 3 business days. Insurance runs through the partner Village (PPO plans and TRICARE, with a Village fee per visit); private pay with a superbill is available. Children under 3 in Ventura County may use Early Start through Tri-Counties Regional Center. No waiting list as of October 2026. It does not provide ABA.

Therapy Clubhouse is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice in Westlake Village, founded by speech-language pathologist Nita Anavim, M.S., CCC-SLP, and occupational therapist Rachel Yashouafar, MA, OTR/L, who still see families themselves. It serves the Conejo Valley, the west San Fernando Valley and Ventura County, with telehealth anywhere in California. Its Westlake Village clinic at 2535 Townsgate Road, Suite 110 has its grand opening on December 1, 2026. In Ventura County it is a contracted Early Start provider with Tri-Counties Regional Center.
