## Child and Teen Therapy and Assessment

Ages 2+

WaveMind provides individual therapy for children, teens and young adults (ages 2 to 25) dealing with anxiety, social challenges, behavior problems and emotional growth. Treatment uses CBT, ERP, PCIT, PCIT-SM, CBIT and CALM, with play used as a tool rather than the treatment itself. Programs include an intensive outpatient program for more severe OCD and anxiety, a Selective Mutism Program offered weekly or intensively, parent coaching (virtual available), and comprehensive psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments. Parents take an active part in treatment. The office is at 1849 Sawtelle Blvd in West Los Angeles. A free 20-minute consultation is offered to start.
