## Pediatric & School-Based Occupational Therapy

Up to age 17

Licensed occupational therapists bring play-based therapy into the child's home, with collaborative support at school and in the community. They work with sensory processing differences, fine and gross motor delays, handwriting, visual motor skills, emotional regulation, toileting, dressing, picky eating and executive function, including children with autism, ADHD, anxiety and developmental coordination disorder. Each visit ends with two or three small strategies families can use day to day, and parents, teachers and pediatricians are treated as partners. Caseloads are kept small. Care is concierge and private pay, and the practice provides superbills for reimbursement; some services may be covered by Self Determination funding. Every family starts with a free 20-minute phone or video consult, and written evaluations are delivered within 48 hours.

## Infant Feeding & Early Development Therapy

Up to age 3

Occupational therapists specializing in infant feeding, oral motor development, sensory regulation and milestones of the first three years see babies at home, where they nurse and play. Support covers bottle refusal, tongue-tie and lip-tie before and after release, suck-swallow-breathe coordination, starting solids, picky eating, reflux-related fussiness, torticollis and plagiocephaly, and early intervention support. The practice collaborates with pediatricians, lactation consultants, GI specialists and pediatric dentists. Care is private pay with superbills available, and each plan starts with a free 20-minute consultation.
