## ABA therapy and parent coaching

Applied behavior analysis programs for children with autism and other developmental challenges, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, communication disorders and genetic disorders. Teaching methods named on the site include Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Treatment, Verbal Behavior, Functional Communication Training, video modeling, shaping and chaining, with goals such as play, receptive and expressive language, social skills, pre-academics, food repertoire, flexibility and independent living skills. Intensive one-to-one intervention involves parents, grandparents and siblings, and a 16-hour parent training group is offered in collaboration with regional centers. Care is offered in the home, at a clinic and at school (school shadow support), with an infant development program for ages 0-3 and center-based social skills programs.
