## Psychoeducational evaluation and child therapy

Up to age 21

Clinical psychologist offering psychoeducational evaluations for children 6 and older, teens and adults, covering intellectual abilities and academic skills, and emotional, social or behavioral factors when needed. Each evaluation includes a parent interview, standardized testing, parent and teacher questionnaires, a review of results and a written report with recommendations for home and school. Reasons for testing include dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, language difficulties, ADHD, executive function, autism, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns and giftedness or twice-exceptionality. Neuropsychological screenings include giftedness and autism evaluations. Individual, parent and family therapy is offered, short or long term. She also helps families with IEPs and Section 504 Plans, attends school meetings, and provides documentation for test accommodations (SAT, AP and others). All services are private pay at flat rates quoted before the first visit; a superbill is provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
