## Therapy for teens and families

Ages 12+

Psychotherapy with a licensed clinical psychologist for adolescents, and for their families, with a focus on developmental, relational and attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and substance use. Dr. Friedman-Gell is certified in Attachment Focused EMDR and as a NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model) practitioner, and also draws on psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, somatic and mindfulness techniques. Treatment is planned after an assessment of each client's needs. Services include individual therapy, family therapy and family trauma work. Sessions are by appointment only, in person at the Studio City office or by teletherapy, with listed hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
