Psychotherapy for children and teens delivered mainly as online teletherapy over HIPAA-compliant video, with text reminders and card payment. The site lists anxiety, depression, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, social skills and coping skills for children and teens, and behavioral disorders and ADHD among the concerns its clinicians treat. Therapists draw on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed and family systems approaches. Parent-child conflict and family therapy are also offered.
